Shipping Policy – Cuticle Care Range

All cuticle care products are handmade to order. As a one‑woman business, every item is created, bottled, labelled, and packed by hand to ensure the highest quality.

⏱ Processing & Dispatch Time
All cuticle oils, pens, and cuticle care products are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

🚚 Delivery Options
We currently do not offer next‑day delivery on any cuticle care items.
All orders are shipped using standard delivery services.

📬 Order Updates
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
