Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at naildollsuk@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1, Wath Business Park, Biscay Lane, Wath Upon Dearne, S63 6PT.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused in transit on delivery, this would need to be reported to the relevant delivery company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, nail files, cuticle tools, nail tips, nail cutters. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Nail Training Refunds and Policy
All of our nail training courses are non refundable. It’s your responsibility to ensure you fully understand the contents of the course, course requirements and terms. The course dates and hours are for the course name and dates you have booked only and are non transferable unless being agreed by NailDolls UK. Failure to attend your training course without 48 hours notice will result in your course being cancelled and will not be resumed without a fee of £150.00 to recover the cancelled days of training, only if this has been agreed with NailDolls UK to continue your training time with us.
Our training start time for each course is usually 9am. We require to attend and be ready for training at least 10 minutes before. We have strict training plans in place and for any reason you turn up late to training by 15 minutes we will kindly ask you to rearrange your training days to another date.
TrainingTimeframe and Responsibility:
Upon booking a training course with Nail Dolls UK, clients are entitled to retain free training hours and days for up to six (6) months from the date of the initial booking. After this 6-month period, any additional training hours or days will require prior approval and discussion with Nail Dolls UK.
It is important to note that Nail Dolls UK cannot be held responsible for any lack of progress or practical application after the training course has been completed. Clients are responsible for taking the course seriously, actively applying the learned skills, and following through with any practical work necessary to ensure the course is successfully passed. Clients must understand that completing the training, gaining proficiency, and achieving certification depends on their commitment and actions during and after the training period.
Any training sessions or additional support required beyond the 6-month period will be subject to availability and an agreement between the client and Nail Dolls UK.
