TRAINING QUESTIONS

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE IN NAILS BEFORE BOOKING?

No. Our beginner courses are designed for complete newcomers. If experience is required for a specific course, it will be clearly stated in the course description.

ARE YOUR COURSES ACCREDITED?

Yes. All of our training courses are fully accredited through BIA- Beauty Industry Approval, allowing you to gain insurance and work professionally once you’ve completed your course.

WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATION?

Yes! As each of our courses are accredited you will receive a Certificate for each course of service included in your training course. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and assessment required.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR TRAINING DAYS?

Training days will vary depending on the course. Each course page includes the exact duration and structure and will be across 1-4 days. We aim to be flexible with training dates and times so if you don't see a date you can do, please get in touch. There is also no limit on training hours so if we need more time than the course specified, extra days can be booked in for you at no additional cost!

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL I BE TRAINING WITH?

ALL of our training courses are 1-2-1 courses, we don't offer group training sessions. We will work one on one to your learning needs and styles.

WHERE ARE YOUR COURSES LOCATED?

Our training is located in Rawmarsh, Rotherham S62 7BU.

HOW DO I BOOK A COURSE WITH YOU?

All bookings are made through our website. Simply choose your course, select a date, and complete your checkout. If you don't see a date you can do, reach out to us in the contact section on our website or further below this page and we can be sure to accommodate to you.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT BEFORE TRAINING?

Yes, when checking out your required course a non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes we do, all we would ask is you contact us via out contact details at the bottom of this page or via our contact page on our website where we can accommodate to your needs where possible.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TRAINING DATE?

Rescheduling is possible within the terms of our training policy. Please refer to the policy section for full details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND ON THE DAY?

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms apply. Please refer to training policies and terms and conditions or if you are unsure please reach out to us on the contact details further below where we will be more than happy to help!

NAIL KITS & EQUIPMENT

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

No you don't need to bring anything on the day of training, all required tools and products are provided by us during training unless we have advised other wise. Just bring yourself!

DO YOUR COURSES INCLUDE A NAIL KIT?

Majority of our courses include a nail kit, and others offer this as an option add on. Please refer to our training courses page where you can view each course and see which is best for you!

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS ON THE DAY?

Of course! You're welcome to purchase products or tools on the day you attend your training session form the range we have available.

AFTERCARE & SUPPORT

DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT AFTER THE COURSE?

Absolutely! You will receive ongoing support for any questions, options to be added into our student chat and programme, we are here every step of the way to make sure your training and qualified experience is how it should be.

CAN I SEND YOU MY WORK FOR FEEDBACK?

Of course you can, we love to see what you keep getting upto. It is a requirement on certain courses to send across case studies of your work so to keep receiving these and to follow your journey is something we will absolutely love to see.

WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT AFTER THE COURSE?

Confidence will come with practise, if you need additional help we can discuss different options for you for additional support. There are no training hours limit so if we feel you wasn't ready, we wouldn't release you from training and would keep bringing you back until we also felt you was confident!

TRAINING POLICIES

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNABLE?

A lot of background work has to be done to get you enrolled onto your selected courses. Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your guaranteed training spot!

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

Training usually starts at 9am so please aim to be here 10 minutes before. Late arrivals may miss essential parts of the course so we may not be able to complete the session depending on how late this means. Be sure to reach out to us once contact details provided upon booking so we can discuss the best possible options.

WHAT IF THE EDUCATOR NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE?

 In the rare event that we need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available date.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Refunds are not offered for change‑of‑mind cancellations. Full details are listed in our terms and conditions.
